Company culture is excellent, people are friendly and helpful across the organization, there is also a lot of flexibility in your schedule.
Cons
Pay is extremely low compared to industry average, there is pretty much no opportunity to negotiate a raise, there is no visibility into the promotion/advancement process (even for line managers).
