Pros
PPD (part of Thermo Fisher) is a great company for entry level professionals out of college. PPD has a great reputable status in the CRO industry as one of the largest CRO's in the United States. Great benefits (especially health for families) and great PTO/vacation.
Cons
Not great at implementing new softwares; training is grouped and no follow-up sessions after main training. Management can be a questionable subject as some managers are not well equip to be managing analyst with lack of communication, strategy, and organization skills for a manager. This in return can set-up the employee up for failure.
