Pros

PPD is fast paced, so the time goes by really quickly. It's a quiet environment to work in. Management is very nice and understanding, hours are flexible and they allow WFH. Business casual is a bonus. Overtime is available, time and ahalf pay.

Cons

Employees are overworked. Every month we have to project how much time we need to spend on each task, and according to that most of us would have to work 1 fulltime and 1 part time to get to all of our deadlines. I don't feel fulfilled or happy with my work since quality kind of gets pushes down to make room for just trying to get things done. For the amount of work needed, the pay should be higher. A lot of confusing instructions, when I was new the training was TERRIBLE. Easy to get burned out quickly. Often times you take work home with you.

Pros

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Cons

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
