Excellent work culture, pay, work-life balance, opportunity for career advancement, and training programs.
Cons
Structure for promotion is not equitable to ensure appropriate recognition is granted for work performed above and beyond a role. An exhaustive level of self promotion and exposure might get your foot in the door, but a decent salary raise is typically granted when there is a counter offer after getting an offer from an outside company. In general, pay is good and generally higher than most large CRO’s if you are good at negotiating.
