      Steady work, overtime available but usually not mandatory, excellent benefits (healthcare, dental, serious PTO even at start, gym reimbursement, wellness programs).

      Cons

      Boring technician work, pay lower than industry average, promotions and raises come slowly, some departments management is overbearing (micromanagement, opaque decision making, uninterested in employee opinions), electronic lab notebook software used is atrocious

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
