      the other people on the bench are awesome.

      Cons

      after thermo fisher took over, things went downhill fast. taking away PTO days, and PPD employees are paid less than ThermoFisher employees.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
