      Still many good people remain in PPD.

      Cons

      Quickly losing the humanity and strength of the company through layoffs, lower working budgets, lack of investment in technology. Cost cutting is destroying what was unique and valuable in the CRO industry. Too much hierarchy.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
