      Cons

      ThermoFisher integration of benefits is terrible. PTO is now use it or lose it & you cannot accrue more PTO until 7 years.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
