      One of the best company cultures I have ever come across.

      Cons

      Slow career growth. People love the company so much that they stay for many years so there's limited options for growth within the same team. There are plenty of options within the company, but you usually have to switch to a different team.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
