      Training: Extensive training Experience: compendial testing Nice people: The analyst are usually young and friendly

      Cons

      Managers are not nice-clicky and only look out for those they like. Bonus is crap. After the second year, training starts to dry up. You could ask and ask for different tests and they would not avail.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
