-Salaried employees expected to work 60 hrs per week, minimum -Promotions promised, but never given -No support from management and managers are quick to place the blame for any issues anywhere but on them -No work/home life balance -Management is clueless as to how things are actually done, but want employees to do it all in just a few minutes time
