      Pros

      Flexible. Should work in ICD if you want to move in your career.

      Cons

      No matter how much you work, never gets motivated or appreciated. Management would never stand on your side if something comes up, Instead will blame you for everything. Underpaid for the amount of work you do. Once you are salaried they expect you to work overtime and will not even give you comp time. Even if you have masters degree they dont care and will offer you minimum wage.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
