Pros

Management seems to care about their employees for the most part. Management keeps employees informed about decisions being made. People are friendly and very willing to help.

Cons

Prides itself on being one of the largest producers of Chlorine but at the lowest rates. This means they cannot pay their employees as much as other companies which means it is hard to retain people. Money is taken from the chemical plants and put into the coatings plants. There is not enough money spent on upkeeping the facilities.

Pros

- Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

Cons

- Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
