      Pros

      Good brand recognition, safety concious (wrong reasons), some great talent, not afraid to purchase premium equipment and be innovative.

      Cons

      Very political. ALOT of incompetent mid-management. Those folks are always looking for scapegoats to cover their actions or lack of. You are expected to relocate in order to advance (prob why mid management is so weak). They tend to purchase their technology and let the knowlegable people go (b.c they make too much) and then ruin good products by lack of knowlege and cost reduction. Work/life balance is poor. Pay and raises could be better. Review process is a joke.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
