      Pros

      You get a company car, phone and laptop. That's honestly about it. The culture sucks, management is disconnected from reality and the pay is low. 50 hours a week and need to work some Saturdays.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, management sits at home and creates tasks for sales force. Pass at all costs.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
