Pros

Salary is great for the area

Cons

No caring about employees, questionable senior mgmt. Terrible IT systems. Experienced IT personnel let go. Questionable procedures. Desegregation...one department does not communicate with the other. Culture is negative. Cultural revitalization in works, but all say, no action. Things still running the same. No training, no change procedures. Alot of seniors citizens still work there dont understand new call center culture, but their experiences is vital to the company. Mixed feelings.
