      The pay is good, and the benefits are very good (good vacation) policy

      Cons

      Management does not seem to know how to make decisions or dictate diretion. Not very flexible with work time.

      Great PTO time. (5weeks) Clean office, good parking space, cheap cafeteria

      Cons

      Major issues with company given laptop and Sharepoint issues. Difficult on boarding, no documents, training, pile of mess
