Pros
Great benefits and the people you work with are for the most part terrific. There are a lot of things to like about the company, but things are changing rapidly.
Cons
PPL's unique culture of caring for the well being of their employees is rapidly changing. Upper management in my department was a blind man with an uzi...rapid fire decisions with little worry for the consequences. Some changes were needed, but many were not. When I started with the company I felt like I was respected and cared for. That was no longer the case when I left.
