      Pros

      Interesting job, travel, nice colleagues, lot to learn on the go. One can easily grow if is in good relations with the right people and managers even though s/he might not do their job good, just because of the relations can get a higher position.

      Cons

      the company has undergone lots of internal restructuring the past years, in summer 2024 the merge Travel and B2B and released lots of employees worldwide, removed GP (Global Practises positions) and still do not know how things will chage from Jan 2025. New hires get laid off. Working during weekends and holidays happens often.

      Pros

      Great people, great benefits and culture. Diversity and Inclusion was evident in their celebrations and ERGs. The people in leadership led with intention and respect.

      Cons

      Although it was diverse, it lacked diversity in upper leadership. No Black people at the C-suite level and none (that I was aware of) at the VP or director level.

      Reasonable product/services offered and experienced in the vertical.

      They were acquired by a private equity company and then merged with a competitor just after the first of the year.
