      Pros

      The company culture was excellent, my managers were the best, the people were immensely helpful and knowledgeable, and the work was interesting and engaging.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best, and in certain roles, the path for career advancement is either unclear or is a dead-end.

      Pros

      Great people, great benefits and culture. Diversity and Inclusion was evident in their celebrations and ERGs. The people in leadership led with intention and respect.

      Cons

      Although it was diverse, it lacked diversity in upper leadership. No Black people at the C-suite level and none (that I was aware of) at the VP or director level.

      Reasonable product/services offered and experienced in the vertical.

      They were acquired by a private equity company and then merged with a competitor just after the first of the year.
