      It's a reliable company, great office space, good benefits scheme, nice colleagues.

      Pros

      Great people, great benefits and culture. Diversity and Inclusion was evident in their celebrations and ERGs. The people in leadership led with intention and respect.

      Cons

      Although it was diverse, it lacked diversity in upper leadership. No Black people at the C-suite level and none (that I was aware of) at the VP or director level.
