      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn about positioning a product that is incredibly difficult to sell. Exposure to so many different industries. Mature work culture not the typical boys club where there is pressure to be part of the group or miss out on opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between the HQ and regional offices. Lack of recognition for employees outside of HQ. Low pay. Change of strategy happens quite often. Very low morale. High employee attrition.

      Pros

      PROS is a great employee oriented company. They do a lot of activities outside of the business such as with ERGs, cultural celebrations, happy hours and more.

      Cons

      The recent acquisition and split will likely change things

      Reasonable product/services offered and experienced in the vertical.

      Cons

      They were acquired by a private equity company and then merged with a competitor just after the first of the year.
