Business Outlook
Pros
Smart employees, flexible hours and PTO. Not a bad place if you have a strong manager to protect against the BS rolling down from the top.
Cons
Upper management is clueless and fickle. A mid-sized company that long aspired to be a large company (and at least achieved the ridiculous layers of bureaucracy thereof) now want to re-invent itself as a hot new start-up. No idea or patience on how to achieve reform except to lay people off at random.
