Pros
Until last month, I thought that this was the best place that I have ever worked at. Great technology, rock star CEO, great benefits. The transformation of the company has led to the stock doubling in value in two years. However, there have been a few changes over the last few months that are really hurting morale.
Cons
While other companies are giving their employee bonuses because of the tax cut, PTC has decided to cut home based employees internet, cell phone, and land lines and replace them with a $25 stipend, while expecting those employees to continue to use those services to conduct company business. This has created a huge issue for employees and a huge amount of company time is being wasted discussing this.
