Good company but constant layoffs - Anonymous employee PTC Employee Review

Off late no one feels their job is safe. The downsizing is handled very erratically. One cannot know whether it is performance related, cost cutting, or any other factor. Junior level, senior level, top level - we have seen layoffs in all areas on a regular basis. Very very demoralizing. The company is losing its credibility as a peoples company.
