No transparency in the LTs Ambiguous Hierarchy Can ask you to relocate anytime Lots of travel involved Gurgaon branch is mainly involved in support projects POLITICS POLITICS POLITICS No processes defined Very difficult for the new joinees to approach to the management with their problems No job stability /security Can ask anyone to leave the organization (be it new joinee or 8 years employee of PTC), project completed /team dissolved = enforced to move out

      Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

      Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
