Large corporation focused on the "bottom line" (employees are assets, not people) - Software Engineer PTC Employee Review

Much lip service about valuing employees while this company will immediately lay-off with no notice at all (I personally witnessed this more than twice) Don't believe that things will go on as usual if your company is bought out by them. Update your resume NOW. No hope for relocation assistance either no matter how good your past performance has been. There are more supportive software companies out there with better benefits.
