Pros
Executive leadership has set a clear vision of customer first relationship. Being a subscription based company, putting the customer as a number priority has shifted operations in a great fashion. Market leader in all products while being in a growth market. Benefits and compensation are very fair and competitive.
Cons
Shifting to a subscription model is still working out the kinks. Never ending change is expected but typically for the better. It may get lost in translation as it funnels down the company though.
