      Flexible work culture, Considerate Management, reasonable work Load, Good Work & Life balance, Appropriate place for ladies with family commitments.

      Cons

      Career Growth is not by performance but by politics and opportunity. True achievements and work is appreciated in the performance reviews but its never directly affects the Salary appraisals, these 2 cycles are very different.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
