      WFH is the only good thing but it again depends upon the team

      HRs in India are incapable. They should get fired at first. HRs in India are so busy doing rangoli programs that they ignore employee's real problems Layoff every year. Your performance doesn't matter. It's the upper management that is incapable. They are only focused on IOT AR and VR. It's a matter of time before they will also fire employees from these products. Upper management is so incapable they have no plans to keep the products in the market competition. Legacy products, no new technology. there are many more.......

      Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

      Cons

      Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
