      able to work with extremely intelligent people daily flexibility to work from home sometimes a good amount of time off (pto)

      Cons

      raises are skimpy to nonexistent advancement is difficult to achieve despite excellent reviews long hours are average corporate office is inconvenient to get to (from city/ must have a car)

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
