Very difficult career progression - Consultant PTC Employee Review

Management does not invest I'm personal development of people since they have transitioned to a just in time model. Nearly impossible to progress. Major segments don't get any career ddvelopment. Isolated working environment can make it feel like a hostile work environment when reaching out to others in the company. Also they don't know how to allocate people to work. Not a place to be if you want to develop your skills. They will try to pigeon hole you once you can do something with a specific product.
