Interesting set of recent acquisitions in the Internet of Things space: Axeda, ThingWorx, Coldlight, etc. Moving to a subscription software model and working to modernize the software solutions via cloud, data and IoT offerings.
Cons
High turnover among sales and technology staffs. Frequent changes in senior and mid-level management make it difficult to build effective field teams, and relationships.
