-Low Pay even after working for so long with the company -Have Annual Leave, HOWEVER you wont be able to use it up because your boss will reject your leave -Have Sick Leave, HOWEVER when you use it your boss will doubt if you are really sick -KPIs are poorly done. Career growth is not good when you have a boss who only notices negativity. -most of the time you will have to DO OVERTIMES... manager will be happy seeing you doing OT.... BUT WHEN YOU GET SICK THEY DONT CARE AND THEY WILL DOUBT YOU. -EMPLOYEES ARE RESIGNING BECAUSE OF LACK AND POOR MANAGEMENT
