Short and easy. Only one round of interview. Met both the director and sales lead. Not much questions, they were looking at someone who is more committed. Overall was a pleasant interview.

I had an in-person interview lasted about an hour in client's office. After the interview is over, I was asked to go to another manager's office to have one more interview in his office. The second interview also took about an hour.

I was confused when the recruitment manager asked me whether I spoke English. Considering I had sent my CV in English and my past positions were in senior management roles for MNCs, I was bewildered to say it politely. Follow up questions were primarily focused on whether I really spoke English!! My fault - I was not from a ‘traditional’ western nation. I mulled over writing this review. But if this can help candidates understand a little about this organisation it only seems right. I was deeply disappointed and offended by this blatant racism. Should there be a formal grievance channel to report this incident I will be more than glad to submit my complaint there. The manager didn’t even attempt to disguise this. Position was based out of China.

Cely she is the best interviewer i ever met. i did not accept the offer because salary wasn't my expectation as i have other higher offers and they unable to match.
