Employees are seconded to another company with less salary and fewer benefits. Whenever there is anything wrong, the employees will be blamed no matter whether it is really their fault or not. If there is no project, they will not fire the sales who suppose to get projects but those working level staff. The management always think the clients are right instead of trusting their staff. For job seeker, if you see any job post from this company, you should try to find out who is the client and see if there is any post from that client and apply it. I am sure that you will get higher salary if you join the client's company instead of Pactera as Pactera is getting part of your salary which you deserved as their revenue.
