Pros
You learn problem solving skills that are necessary in every job. My co-workers being so wonderful are the only reason I haven't quit yet, but that's obviously just my experience. Free meal at every break is really helpful for people on a budget.
Cons
Honestly, I loved my job here for the first few months. The pay is good, the hours are generous and my manager was helpful and flexible with scheduling. However, we recently got a new manager. She is horrible. Not only is she BRAND NEW to panda express (yes, she's my general manager and she has NEVER worked at a panda before) she is also brand new to the United states!!! This makes communication much harder than it should be, and her management style is so unprofessional and terrible. My assistant manager just turned 20, and he's only been with the company for half a year. Does that sound like people you would trust to run a store?
