Pros
The pay is relatively high for a fast food restaurant business, there is a lot of learning and growing involved, and responsibility is given to everyone. Only enjoyed my co-workers and ended up staying longer because they were short-staffed.
Cons
Tons of work and too many high expectations to meet, depending on the management in the area-management usually needs a lot of improvement, high turnover rate leading to almost always a short staff, and numerous complaining customers. Many restaurants have managers that are rarely working since they are on a salary budget.
