      Pros

      Its a pretty good starting job for most people. It's pretty hard to get used to but it's worth it.

      Cons

      The higher management sees the lower class workers as lowly worker drones. They don't care about what they do to us.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
