Pros
Panda Express has been by far one of my favorite jobs that I have had. I began working at Panda Express back in August of 2015. I worked for about a year and a half and decided to quit for what seemed like a “better opportunity” at the time. I soon realized that I missed my colleagues and the fast paced work environment. I am in college so at this time in my life I just need a job where I can be myself, where I am happy and I make decent money. I came back to Panda a few months ago and I do not regret my decision one bit. The pay is fair, management is very understanding of school schedules and working with availability, the entirety of the staff are supportive and there are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Panda Express to anyone whether you are in college or are looking to begin your career path.
Cons
Panda Express as I said before, is a very busy restaurant and if you do not work well under pressure this may not be the job for you.
