      Pros

      Panda is a good company to work for. They pay really good.

      Cons

      Management sucks!! The only people that gets promoted are Filipino people. Also if you're over the age of 24 years old you wont get promoted neither. I have seen that people who are older dont get promoted at all. Also when older people apply at panda express they dont hire them because management would say that thethey're too old.

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
