      Really good benefits. Pay is pretty good compared to other fast food

      Cons

      Alot of favoritism/ politics concerning promotions. Very strong corporate presence. Constant pressure to achieve goals, but low support to help achieve them

      Lots of development and investment in managers and team. A lot of personal development and financial opportunity available.
