Pros
-Payed a fairly decent hourly wage for my experience (little to none) -Understanding, if forgetful, management -Teamwork is emphasized and important
Cons
-They expect too much from this position - Kitchen help does both sides and dishwashing, and during the rush hour, it's simply too much for one person to keep up with. You can manage for a while, but the stress builds up over time, as well as the random aches and pains.
