Pros
When you get below the "Sr Level Managers", the people who work for Panduit are wonderful and kind people. You can make very good, long-lasting friendships. The compensation is fair compaired to the industry average, but entry to mid-level employees will be taken advantage of when they are first hired.
Cons
Where do I start?!? Panduit has used the word "Integrity" for many years, but they have forgotten what it means and you will not see the word used in any official Corporate communication. Corporate does what is good for Corporate - not the employees. The company is the only thing that matters and the employees come last in everything. Big changes are underway. "Change you can believe in"? Not really - its all a Marketing scheme. Panduit treats its so called "industry partners" like they should be greatful Panduit has accepted them as a partner instead of equals, acting in a true business relationship. And then there is that great software system - Oracle. It doesn't get much better than telling your customers to buy from the competition because you don't know if you have stock OR if you can even ship the product.
