Good parking spots and janitors are the only nice people.
Cons
Executive team doesn't have a clue on how to run a company - especially the CEO who lacks confidence , experience, and leadership. Back stabbing, toxic work culture with declining profits. Business is run by engineers without business acumen. It's a country club for them. Only a 1/4 of employees actually work a 40 hour week - lazy workers ..."not my job" is pervasive attitude. Upper management in their offices all day and please don't question any of their decisions - ha! You'll probably get slapped in the face or a spanking. Very "old school" thinking ....how would they know what this means since majority of workers are like" tenured" old college professors -who do the same thing day after day. No collaboration with business units - management is a joke, corrupt, untrustworthy, shallow minded and VERY PARANOID.
