      - Great co-workers and management! Everyone has their own expertise and works well together! - incredible benefits, fun work retreats, and we all work from home!

      Cons

      It can be a challenge working from home, but I love it! As long as you love what you're doing this is not an issue ;)

      - nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

      Cons

      - Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
