      Very good company with lots of benefits. Learned a lot during my time there thanks to the training that was provided.

      Cons

      Working remote may not be for everyone, however, I enjoyed it.

      Pros

      - nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

      Cons

      - Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
