      I thoroughly enjoy working at Partner Centric. They are innovative and know the affiliate world. Their processes are right on and the support is bar none! I am excited to grow with the business!

      Cons

      All companies can improve and grow. Right now I do not feel there are cons just growth!

      Pros

      - nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

      Cons

      - Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
