Pros

-Local leadership is very much invested in helping others grow -Benefits and PTO are top notch for a sales job -Competitive pay and uncapped commissions -Opportunity for performance related bonuses that are paid on top of any commissions -Unique product that occupies a specific niche -Patientpoint corporate in Cincinnati very forward thinking and continually introducing initiatives to give all their employees more time off, better training, or more benefits.

Cons

-Not for everyone; you'll call 60 leads to have 15 conversations and get rejected by 10 of those. Out of the remaining 5; 2 will be qualified buyers. It requires a tremendous amount of self motivation and the ability to handle rejection. -Not a "slam dunk" product to sell. There are no facts, figures, statistics, or even really testimonials that prove it's effective. -CRM is pretty atrocious. I was given a brand new database for a first year project and around ~35% of the leads were not accurate, closed, or otherwise useless. It's actually a more effective use of time to use Google at that point; at least I know the businesses there are open

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
