      Not too many work. Usually do not need to work for extra time.

      Cons

      Not too much salary compared with market. Tech level for engineering is ordinary. Career opportunities are not very much, promotion is very hard.

      Pros

      People appear to be nice, good benefits, and appearance of nice/collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
